By commissioning artwork or purchasing from Shamsu.art, you agree to the following terms.

All artwork created by Shamsu.art is original and remains the intellectual property of Shamsu.art unless otherwise agreed in writing. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Commissioned artwork is bespoke and created specifically to your requirements. By placing a commission order, you confirm that you understand the artwork is personalised. Once work has begun, the order is non-refundable. Your statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production of personalised artwork has started.

Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated at any time prior to order confirmation.

Delivery will either be arranged personally or sent via tracked or recorded postal service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk passes to you upon confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

If artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence so the matter can be reviewed.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
